Cost: (two day conference)
$300 Early Bird Registration by May 30, 2010
$350 After May 30, 2010 (Registration deadline is Jun 5, 2010.)

• Full payment must accompany each registration.
• Spouse Discount! Save $75 when both spouses register (Contact People Raising after registering.)
• Late Registration Fee (after June 5) is $50 additional.

Accommodations and meals not available.

Cancellations:
No refund will be available for any cancellations after the June 5 registration deadline. Cancellations prior to June 5 will incur a $75 cancellation fee, and the balance of fees paid will be refunded.
